In 2007, Mamá Art Cafe was awarded Best Cozy Cafe Gallery in the celebrated Bay Guardian Best of the Bay Awards and in 2008, the venue received a review in San Francisco Magazine and a recognition from the Salvadoran Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco for contributions in the realms of Culture and Art.
